Shubham was arrested from Meerut. According to information, in the case of the leak of the UP Police Constable recruitment paper, Shubham Mandal was the one who opened the paper box with a duplicate key in the TCI warehouse in Ahmedabad. Shubham Mandal was supposed to receive 15 lakh rupees for this job. However, after the paper leak, the exam was cancelled and he did not receive the money.
It is said that Shubham Mandal is skilled at opening any box. Meanwhile, Shubham Mandal is an MBBS graduate from Nalanda Medical College and works as a doctor at a primary health center in Katihar.
