Elderly couple arrived to vote by trolley
In Azamgarh, an old couple reached to vote by trolley. He said that we did not want to spoil our vote, that is why we have come like this. The old man said that I have a problem in my back and my wife’s health is also not well. We don’t expect anything from anyone. Can we get our treatment with 500-1000 rupees from the government?

Varanasi DM removed CPMF in-charge
Varanasi DM/District Election Officer Kaushal Raj Sharma said that CPMF in-charge Chaman Lal (Sub Inspector ITBP) posted at Ranvir Sanskrit Vidyalaya Kamchha at booth number 243 to 246 of Vidhan Sabha Cantonment has been removed. The DM told that during the election, after Chaman Lal threw the voter list of all the polling agents, prevented the candidate from going to the polling room and informed them about the rules by the District Election Officer, it should be said that I I have come after 6 phases of elections, I am fully aware of the rules as well as the system was disturbed due to their duty at the polling station. He was removed from duty with immediate effect due to violation of employee conduct rules.

Ghazipur: Brick stone ran in two sides for the appeal to vote in Navali
At around 8.30 am on Monday morning at the Upper Primary School in Navali of Revatipur police station area of Ghazipur, the SP and BJP supporters started a debate about voting in their favor. Soon both the sides started pelting bricks and stones along with the scuffle. Security forces present on the spot dispersed the people. SHO Panne Lal told that there is no case of brick and stone walking. Investigation is being done and action is being taken.

Polling was disrupted for half an hour at Malhni Vidhan Sabha 367 polling station, booth number 123 of Jaunpur, due to faulty EVM battery. The Sector Magistrate, who arrived on the complaint, got the voting started again by putting a second battery.

Mirzapur: VVPAT machine damaged at many booths
VVPAT machines broke down in several assembly constituencies of Mirzapur district. They were replaced after complaints. The VVPAT machine of eight booths of the Chhanbe assembly was faulty. When complaints were made in this regard at the start of voting, voting started after changing them. The booths where the machine broke down include 465, 245, 384, 95, 60, 266, 70 and Patulki booths in the assembly constituency. Similarly, polling was closed at Gambhirapur booth number 70 for one and a half hours due to the shutdown of VVPAT machine, which was later changed.

Complaints are being received about VVPAT and EVM malfunction at many booths in Varanasi, Mau Mirzapur
Voting started after 1 hour and 20 minutes due to malfunctioning of EVM of booth number 412 in Kopaganj, Saraswati Shishu Mandir of Ghosi Vidhan Sabha of Mau.
The VVPATs of eight booths of the Chhanbe Vidhan Sabha of Mirzapur were defective, after they were replaced, voting began. In which 465, 245, 384, 95, 60, 266, 70 and Patulki booths are included. Polling remained closed for one and a half hours at Gambhirapur booth number 70. VVPAT was bad here too.

Tender votes are not being allowed to be cast on booth number 204 of Machhlishahr – SP
The SP has alleged from its official Twitter handle that, at booth number 204 of 369 Fish City Assembly of Jaunpur, the presiding officers are not allowing tender votes to be cast and are doing their arbitrariness. The party has appealed to the Election Commission to take the strictest action immediately and ensure smooth and fair polling.

The Samajwadi Party has alleged by tweeting from its Twitter handle that, fake votes are being cast at booth number 154 of Madhuvan Vidhan Sabha 353 of Mau district. The party has appealed to the Election Commission to take cognizance.
