UP CM Yogi Adityanath ‘Tears Up’ After Watching Kangana Ranaut’s Tejas; Pics Go Viral – News18

Kangana Ranaut recently held a special screening for her film Tejas for UP CM Yogi Adityanath.

Kangana Ranaut is very excited about her latest release Tejas. She has been urging fans to visit theatres and watch the film in which she plays an Air Force pilot. She recently held a special screening for Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. Now, she took to her social media to share that she also held a special screening of the film for Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. She revealed that the Chief Minister was so overwhelmed after watching the film that he couldn’t hold back his tears.

She posted on X (formerly Twitter), “Today hosted a screening of #tejas a film based on a soldier/Martyr’s life for honourable Chief Minister @myogiadityanath ji. As you can see in the first picture Maharaj ji couldn’t hold back his tears in the last monologue of Tejas. ‘Ek soldier kya chahta hai.’ Maharaj ji humare sainko ka sahas, shaurya aur balidaan dekh kar itne bhaavuk ho gaye ki unki aankhein chalak aayi. Dhanyawad Maharaj ji aapki prashansa aur aashirwaad se hum dhanya ho gaye (Maharaj ji was so overwhelmed to see our solider’s courage, bravery and sacrifice that his eyes teared up. Thank you Maharaj ji for your appreciation and blessings).”

In Tejas, Kangana Ranaut is playing the role of an Air Force pilot who is on a mission to fight terrorism. Reportedly, Kangana dedicated four months to rigorous training to master the specialised combat techniques employed by the Indian forces, for her film.

Produced by RSVP, the film boasts a talented ensemble cast, including Anshul Chauhan, Varun Mitra, Ashish Vidyarthi, and Vishak Nair in pivotal roles. The movie is directed by Sarvesh Mewara and produced by Ronnie Screwvala. Tejas is scheduled for a theatrical release on October 27.

Meanwhile, Kangana has also been working on her next movie Emergency. She is not just playing the lead in the movie but is also directing it. Kangana will be seen essaying the role of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in Emergency. The film will be released next year.
