After RBI’s decision to withdraw Rs 2000 note, the medium businessmen of Ludhiana have got a unique benefit. The businessmen’s loan which was stuck in the market has started returning. According to the businessmen, calls are being received since late night from the borrowers asking them to calculate the amount of their payment.

According to traders, after this decision of RBI, there has been a boom in the market. Hosiery businessman Raman Chopra said that people do not need to panic. It has been a long time since the common people saw the 2000 note. Those who have deposited notes of corruption will now have to be thrown out. There is panic in the market. Stopped payments have started coming.

Hosiery trader Sumesh Rajpal said that even those who were not expected to return the loan are calling repeatedly asking to calculate how much money is withdrawn. By taking such a decision, the money stuck for a long time will now return to the businessmen. There is no fear among businessmen. Because the note of 2 thousand which went to the bank never came back again.

Traders will get time to exchange notes
Coal trader Gaurav Jindal said that the common trader would be benefited. The notes that can be changed without account up to 20 thousand is commendable. After this the government has given more to change the deadline. Due to this, businessmen will also get full time to exchange notes.

2 thousand note came in the market in 2016
2 thousand note came in the market in November 2016. Then Prime Minister Narendra Modi had closed 500 and 1000 notes. Instead, a new note of 500 and 2000 was issued in the new pattern. RBI has stopped printing 2000 notes from the year 2018-19.

RBI has currently asked 2000 notes to be changed in banks or deposited in the account till 30 September, but has also said that it will remain legal even after this. Only notes worth a maximum of twenty thousand rupees will be changed at a time, but there will be no limit on depositing these notes in the account. Now banks will not issue 2000 notes.
