Union Minister Anurag Thakur, who was returning from election campaign in Himachal, pushed a damaged HRTC bus late on Tuesday evening. Its video is becoming increasingly viral on social media. People are praising Anurag Thakur a lot.

Actually Anurag Thakur had gone to the public meeting in support of Trilok Jamwal, the BJP candidate from Bilaspur Sadar. He was returning from Talyana to Hamirpur at 9 pm. A bus of Himachal Roadways (HRTC) Ghumarwin depot broke down near Kothi.

At the same time, when the convoy of the Union Minister got stuck in traffic, Anurag Thakur sitting in the car asked the reason. On coming to know, he immediately came out and after taking stock of the situation, he himself along with others reached near the bad bus.

Anurag asked the driver to push the passengers off and push himself along with other people. After much effort, the bus was parked on the side of the road and Anurag Thakur’s convoy overtook.

The gear lever of the bus was broken
Ghumarwin bus stand in-charge Kuldeep said that the Ghumarwin Talyana bus had left at around 5.30 pm, but it got damaged near Kothi, some distance from Kutheda. The gear lever of the bus was broken, due to which the bus could not be driven forward. Now the mechanic will go in the morning and fix that bus.
