Union Council of Ministers meeting on July 3: PM Modi to chair; speculation of change

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will chair the meeting of the Union Council of Ministers on 3 July. The meeting will be held at the convention center at Pragati Maidan in Delhi, where the G-20 summit is also to be held in September.
