In a jolt to Uddhav Thackeray, the Election Commission on Saturday approved Eknath Shinde’s claim on the name and symbol of the Shiv Sena party, the bow and arrow. Now Uddhav Thackeray will go to the Supreme Court against this decision of the Election Commission. For this, Thackeray has called a meeting of party leaders and workers at his house Matoshree.

On the other hand, the Shinde faction will also file a caveat in the Supreme Court. That is, if the decision of the Election Commission is challenged, the court will not give its decision without hearing the Shinde group.

Amidst all this, Sanjay Raut, the leader of the Thackeray faction, has said that a transaction of 2000 crores has taken place to take away Shiv Sena’s name and symbol.

People of Maharashtra will decide whose Shiv Sena was, who will be – Raut

Uddhav Thackeray faction leader Sanjay Raut has given a statement. In which he has described the decision of the Election Commission as bargaining. Sanjay said- The people of Maharashtra do not pay attention to what Amit Shah says. Those who work to buy the truth, what are they talking about lies and truth. The public will decide this when the time comes. Whose Shiv Sena was and who it will be will be decided by the people of Maharashtra.”

Raut sticks to the claim – the deal was done in 2000 crores
Sanjay said- Shiv Sena and its symbol arrow and bow have been snatched and for doing this a transaction of Rs 2,000 crore has taken place. I stand by this claim. A group of unscrupulous people can spend 50 crores to buy an MLA, 100 crores to buy an MP, 1 crore to buy a corporator and 50 lakhs to buy a branch head. You can guess how much he can bid to get the name and target of the party.

Amit Shah should resign if he knows the condition of Kashmiri Pandits.
Even today, why have Kashmiri Pandits come from Kashmir and stay in Jammu. Why were Kashmiri Pandits killed, did they get protection? The government should answer this. Even today Kashmiri Pandits are not ready to return home. Whose failure is this? Even today, hundreds of Kashmiri Pandits are sitting on the streets of Jammu for justice. If Amit Shah does not know this, then he should not remain on the post of Home Minister.

A day ago EC called Shinde faction as real Shiv Sena
A day ago, the Election Commission, considering the Shinde faction as the real Shiv Sena, allowed them to use the Shiv Sena name and the bow and arrow symbol. The commission found that the present constitution of Shiv Sena is undemocratic. The Uddhav group spoiled it to make the people of their group office bearers without conducting elections.

Shinde’s Shiv Sena, bow and arrow mark also found

The Election Commission found that undemocratic practices were secretly brought back in the Shiv Sena’s original constitution, reducing the party to a private fiefdom. These methods were rejected by the Election Commission in 1999. Such a party structure fails to inspire confidence. With this, the claim of Uddhav faction from Shiv Sena in Maharashtra is considered to be over. Read full news…
