Preliminary investigation by the NIA has revealed that no terrorist organization was involved in the murder, but a terror gang may be involved.

Along with this, five top officials of the administration are also present. The police feared that he might be assaulted during the court appearance. Due to this the security of the court was tightened. As soon as the two killers reached the court, a crowd of about 250 lawyers started shouting slogans. During this slogans like Bharat Mata ki Jai and hang the killers were raised.

During this, while talking to the media, the President of the Bar Association, Girija Shankar Mehta said, we want that both the accused should be given capital punishment. No lawyer will fight his case. His act is not normal, he has done the work of spreading terrorism.

Took 15 days training in Pakistan
Earlier, the matter of connection of both the killers with Pakistani had also come to the fore. The accused Riyaz and Ghaus had gone to Karachi. Both of them had also taken training for about 15 days there. This training has been taken in 2014-15. Both were also associated with Dawat-e-Islam organization in Pakistan. After coming back from Karachi, both the accused were continuously provoking the youth of the society to remain fanatical for their religion. He had also created a WhatsApp group in which the youth were being brainwashed by sending provocative videos and messages. In the investigation of the mobile phones of the accused, the NIA has found about ten suspicious numbers. Some of them are also from Pakistan. Riyaz was constantly talking on these numbers.

It has also come to the fore that the accused Mohammad Riyaz Attari is associated with Alsufa. This organization works as a remote sleeper cell of the Islamic State (IS). Riyaz was making sleeper cells for Alsufa in eight districts of Rajasthan for the last five years. Riyaz and Gauss were inciting youth in the name of religion. Both were brainwashing unemployed youths in Udaipur, Bhilwara, Ajmer, Rajsamand, Tonk, Bundi, Banswara and Jodhpur and connecting them to the sleeper cells of ISIS. Both had also received funding from Arab countries.

His colleague Ishwar Singh, who was working at the shop, was also seriously injured in the attack. He is being treated at MB Hospital in the city.
