G20 Summit: Delhi traffic police has released a traffic advisory for commuters in view of G20 Summit rehearsals that are being held in the national capital on Saturday and Sunday (August 26-27) from 9 am to 12:30 pm. The summit is scheduled to be held in Delhi on September 9-10. Now, due to the rehearsals, traffic will remain impacted on certain roads. Delhi traffic police has advised people to plan accordingly.
According to the advisory, there will be a diversion of traffic on Air Force Road from Hanuman Mandir AFS Palam to IOC Red Light from 12 Night to 1 PM. Police said that no traffic will be allowed from Hanuman Mandir Thimmaya Marg to IOC Red Light Air Force Road and vice versa till 1 PM.

“Commuters are advised to plan their journey accordingly,” the advisory read.
Detailed traffic regulations have been shared by the Delhi traffic police on X (formerly Twitter). It said that rehearsals for the G-20 Summit shall be held on 26th & 27th August, 2023 from 0900 hrs to 1230 hrs.
