Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna extended their wishes for Anand Deverakonda on social media.
For fans of Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda, speculation about their relationship status has been a hot topic. Despite ongoing rumours, both actors are yet to confirm any romantic involvement, leaving fans guessing. Recently, Rashmika sparked further speculation after she posted a sweet birthday message for Vijay’s brother, Anand Deverakonda, on Instagram. Anand, who has impressed audiences with his performances in films like Melodies, Dorasani, Bab, Khushi khushiyagi and many more, celebrates his 32nd birthday. Both Vijay and Rashmika took to Instagram to extend their wishes. While the Arjun Reddy star shared a goofy snapshot of himself and Anand, as the two flaunted their muscles, on the other hand, Rashmika opted to post a picture of Anand in traditional attire, where half of the face was covered.
The World Famous Lover actor shared birthday wishes for his brother on X and wrote, “Happiest Birthday to the first boy I’ll take with me on a fight. Brother boy. I love you most.” Meanwhile, the Pushpa actress shared her wishes for Anand on her Instagram story. Along with a picture, she wrote, “Happiest Birthday Anandaaa,” accompanied by a heart emoji. Although Anand didn’t respond to his brother’s birthday wish, he was quick to thank Rashmika for her message and jokingly asked, “What is this creepy picture?” Rashmika, replying to his query, wrote, “That’s why you should pose for me when I ask you to.”
Despite Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda’s claims that they’re just friends, fans remain convinced of their romantic involvement and many feel the Geetha Govandam co-star are in a relationship for several years. Interestingly, Rashmika has often hinted at her close bond with the Tollywood star on multiple occasions.
As per reports, she recently shared a photo wearing a pink cap, which was previously worn by Vijay. This isn’t the first instance of them sharing similar looking pictures, as they’ve earlier posted separate posts from the same venues, further giving rise to the ongoing speculation about their bond.
On the work front, Vijay, who appeared in the 2023 romance drama Baby, alongside Vaishnavi Chaitanya, Anand Deverakonda, Viraj Ashwin, Naga Babu, and Sathvik Anand, is set to star in the upcoming film Family Star. In the movie, the actor is paired opposite Mrunal Thakur.
On the other hand, Rashmika is gearing up for the release of Pushpa: The Rule, alongside Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil, directed by Sukumar. Additionally, she has also joined the cast of Kubera, featuring Dhanush and Akkineni Nagarjuna in key roles. The film has been helmed by Sekhar Kammula.
