Rescuing people trapped in Timber Trail Trolley with a rope.
Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said that the cause of Parwanoo Timber Trail accident would be investigated. He said that due to which the accident happened. This will be ascertained so that such incidents do not recur in future.
Jai Ram Thakur said that in the coming time, instructions would be given to adopt safety measures in ropeways. Whatever is necessary for the fitness of the ropeway, will be done. Necessary steps will be taken for the safety of the people in the row. He said that due to bad weather there was some delay in relief and rescue operations.

Similarly some people were feeling nervous in descending the rope. Due to this also the rescue has been delayed. After the accident, the CM talked to the people trapped in the trolley and also got to know about their well being. He gathered information about the cause of the accident from the Timber Trail Hotel Management.
It is worth mentioning that ropeways have been established in many areas of the hill state of Himachal and the work of laying them in many places is in the pipeline. There is always a fear of accident due to technical fault in them. Therefore, preventing recurrence of accidents like Timber Trail will be challenging before the government and administration.

Earlier, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur called the Union Home Minister Shah and informed about the Timber Trail accident and requested to send a battalion of NDRF. Then Amit Shah had also asked to send the Air Force, but by then all the people had been safely rescued.
Questions arising regarding safety audit
After this accident, people on social media are raising questions about the safety audit. People say that no steps are taken by the district administration to check the safety arrangements, while it is necessary to check such ropeways from time to time. The people trapped in the trolley have also raised serious questions on this.
CM reached from Hamirpur to Timber Trail
Before the Timber Trail accident, the Chief Minister was in a program in Hamirpur. As soon as he got the news of the accident, he left for Parwanoo. State BJP co-in-charge Sanjay Tandon, Shimla Lok Sabha constituency MP and state BJP president Suresh Kashyap, other BJP officials, DC Solan Krutika Kulhari, SP Solan Virendra Sharma, officers and employees of NDRF and senior officers of other departments were present on the occasion.
