Thug Sukesh Chandrasekhar said- Gave 60 crores to AAP: Appeared in court for the first time with Jacqueline, wife’s 26 cars will be seized

Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is in jail on charges of swindling Rs 200 crore, has once again accused the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) of giving Rs 60 crore. Sukesh appeared in Delhi’s Patiala House Court for the first time on Tuesday along with Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez. Here, the court has ordered ED to confiscate 26 cars of Sukesh’s wife.

Sukesh Chandrasekhar’s lawyer Anant Malik said- The High Power Committee itself has also investigated the allegations made by Sukesh about money transactions. The committee has also said that the allegations are serious and should be investigated by central agencies. When the investigating agencies call them, they will be present.

Letters were written to LG before MCD elections
Sukesh had written several letters to the LG of Delhi before the MCD elections, in which he made serious allegations against Chief Ministers Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Satyendar Jain and Kailash Gehlot. On Sukesh’s allegations, the LG had formed a three-member inquiry committee headed by the Principal Secretary (Home) of Delhi. The committee had also interrogated Sukesh in Mandoli Jail on 14 and 15 November.

Repeated the point of giving crores of rupees in front of the committee
Sukesh reiterated in front of the committee that he had given crores of rupees to the leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party in exchange for security in jail and getting Rajya Sabha seats. The committee has also handed over the probe report to the LG, in which it has been told that Sukesh had given Rs 60 crore to Delhi government minister Satendra Jain.

According to Sukesh, he had given 50 crores for Rajya Sabha seat and 10 crores for security in jail. Sukesh had also talked about giving Rs 12.5 crore to the then jail DG Sandeep Goyal.

Claim- Jain used to talk to Kejriwal by taking money
The inquiry committee had told that Sukesh has disclosed that after giving money to Satyendar Jain and Kailash Gehlot at Delhi’s farm house, Satyendar Jain used to talk to CM Arvind Kejriwal through his phone. Sukesh said that he also met Arvind Kejriwal. The High Power Committee has found the allegations of Sukesh to be serious in nature and has recommended a probe by a special agency to bring out the truth.

Jacqueline sought permission from the court to go to Bahrain
Here, Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez also appeared in the court in the Rs 200 crore fraud case involving Sukesh Chandrasekhar. He sought permission from the court to visit Bahrain from 23 December. The court has sought an answer from the ED on this. The matter will be heard again on December 22. At the same time, the next hearing of the Rs 200 crore money laundering case is now to be held on January 6.

Jailed thug Sukesh Chandrasekhar had accused the then DG of Tihar Jail, Sandeep Goyal, of extorting money by intimidation. Sukesh had given written information about this to the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police. Sukesh’s allegation was that the DG of the jail had recovered more than Rs 12 crore from him.
