Sukesh Chandrasekhar, accused of swindling Rs 200 crore, has written a letter to Delhi LG Vinay Kumar. Sukesh wrote in the letter – Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and former minister Satyendar Jain are giving him mental harassment and threats to kill him. The AAP leader and those associated with him are being harassed to withdraw their complaints. Sukesh has given this letter through his lawyer.

He said that on December 31, Jain offered to hand over the evidence to him through the superintendent and withdraw the statements. In return, he was offered a seat in the Karnataka assembly elections and a sand mining contract in Punjab.

Jain had warned that if his offer was not accepted, he would be transferred from one jail to another in Mandoli. In this way he will be continuously tortured that he will reach the point of committing suicide and the matter will be closed. Gave 48 hours to take a decision.

Kejriwal and Jain threatened through jail administration
Further said that Arvind Kejriwal and Satyendar Jain threatened and harassed me through the jail administration and their loyal jail staff. A month back, Satyendra Jain had appointed his trusted employees like Superintendent Rajendra and Jai Singh Deputy Superintendent to threaten me, but I was very determined not to succumb to his threats and pressure.

The matter is getting serious, the investigation should be handed over to the central agency
Chandrasekhar had alleged on January 7 that he was transferred from Jail-14 to Jail-13 without any reason. This jail is where heinous dreaded criminals and gangsters are lodged. Sukesh said that the matter is becoming serious, so the investigation should be handed over to the central agency. Kejriwal and Jain are panicking. He will go to any extent. Their true colors should come out in front of the public.
