‘This Is My Happy Holi’: Sushmita Sen Shares Stretching Yoga Exercise After Heart Attack

Sushmita Sen, Miss Universe 1994, wished her fans a Happy Holi by sharing her recovery journey from a heart attack. Sushmita had a heart attack a few days ago and was admitted to Nanavati hospital in Mumbai for an angioplasty and stent placement. Sushmita revealed to her fans during a live session that she had a “massive heart attack” and a 95% blockage in one of her main arteries. However, the actress has already begun her recovery process and is attempting yoga stretching exercises after receiving clearance from her doctor.

Sushmita Sen began her recovery journey after suffering from a “massive heart attack” on Tuesday. The actress posted a photo of herself doing a Yoga Wheel Backbend, a yoga stretching exercise. Sushmita in the image stretched her body to open up joints by placing the Yoga Wheel under her lower back. “#wheeloflife [heart and dancing emoji] cleared by my cardiologist…stretching begins!!!
