Gurugram police have recovered Rs 14 crore in cash, jewelery worth Rs 1 crore and seven luxury cars, including cars of foreign companies like BMW, Jeep and Mercedes, from the house of BSF Deputy Commandant Praveen Yadav. This recovery has been made by the Gurugram police with the arrest of Yadav’s wife Mamta Yadav, sister Ritu and other associates. BSF Deputy Commandant Praveen is currently posted on deputation with the National Security Guard (NSG) in Manesar, Gurugram.

Cheating in the name of getting construction contract in NSG campus
Praveen is accused of duping people of about Rs 125 crore by presenting himself as an IPS officer. This amount was taken in the name of getting the contract for construction in NSG campus. According to Preetpal Singh, ACP Crime of Gurugram Police, Praveen had suffered a loss of about Rs 60 lakh in the stock market and had planned to cheat people to meet the loss.

Didn’t go on transfer after earning, resigned straight away
According to the police, Yadav was recently transferred to Agartala, the capital of Tripura. But he refused to go on transfer as he got huge amount from duping people. After this, he resigned from his job just a few days ago.
