Pen ink cannot be erased

Special pen will be taken after casting vote
After casting vote, special pen will be taken from MLAs and MPs. This time 4,809 voters will vote in the country. At the same time, nominated members of Rajya Sabha, Lok Sabha or Legislative Assemblies and members of Legislative Councils of the states will not be able to vote.

What is the process of presidential election?
