Bhaiyyu Maharaj committed suicide by shooting himself on 12 June 2018. On July 19, all three were arrested after an FIR against Sharad, Vinayak and Palak.

Public prosecutor said – there was a conspiracy of all three
According to public prosecutor Gajraj Solanki, the entire conspiracy was of Sharad, Vinayak and Palak. All three had instigated Maharaj to commit suicide.

Lawyers of the accused said – hope for justice from the court
The accused’s lawyer Dharmendra Gurjar says that false allegations of blackmailing Maharaj and abetment to suicide were made in connivance with the police. Except Ayushi, all the witnesses have described Vinayak, Sharad as a trusted servant of Maharaj. Both were not in the city at the time of Maharaj’s suicide. Justice is expected from the court.

Vinayak’s lawyer said – the responsibility assigned in the suicide note
Vinayak’s lawyer Ashish Choure said that Bhaiyyu Maharaj had handed over the responsibility of his family, property and trust to Vinayak in the suicide note. For this reason, Vinayak was made an accused in the case to implicate him, so that he could not claim his right on the trust and property.
