Along with this, strict action has been taken against the guilty policemen.

In fact, Roshan Jha, a notorious criminal living in Mharal village and accused of 307 (attempt to murder), was brought from Adharwadi Jail to Kalyan Court on Saturday. As the police van entered the court premises, several of Jha’s aides already present there approached the police van with a cake in hand and asked Jha to cut the cake. After this Roshan cut the cake comfortably and his henchmen stood outside and wished him a Happy Birthday. Along with this, the tune of ‘Bhai Ka Birthday Hai Na’ was also played on the phone.

After cutting the cake, the friends also got the pictures clicked with the accused.

Several police constables and police officers were also present inside the van, but they did not take any action and let him celebrate his birthday.

According to the information, there is a lot of panic in Ulhasnagar and around Roshan Jha’s name. Several cases of murder, attempt to murder, extortion, intimidation and assault are registered against him.

The accused is in jail for four years
Jail superintendent of Kalyan Adharwadi A Sadphule said, “The accused is in jail for the last four years in a murder case. We follow all the orders and protocols to send the accused from the court for trial. This is a complete idea to malign the name of our officers. The escort police team was called from Kalyan rural police station and it was their responsibility to keep a watch on its movements.
