Ghaziabad Police has arrested three accused including the friend of the woman who created the gang rape story.
Two days ago in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, a case of gangrape like Nirbhaya with a nurse turned out to be false. Meerut range IG Praveen Kumar told on Thursday – the woman was not gang-raped. The woman’s friend Azad had made up this whole story to find a solution to a property dispute worth Rs 53 lakh. The police have arrested Azad, Gaurav and Afzal.
The woman was found lying in this condition on the Ashram Road in Nandgram area at 3.30 am on October 18.
First of all read the case of false gang rape…
Actually, a 36-year-old woman resident of Delhi (who was described as a rape victim) is a nurse in a big hospital. She had come to her brother’s birthday party on the evening of 16 October in Nandgram area of Ghaziabad. The brother said that after having dinner, he left his sister for an auto on Ashram Road and went back. After that the sister went missing.
On October 18, the woman was found unconscious on the roadside in Nandgram area. Now she is admitted in GTB Hospital, Delhi. In the case, the woman’s brother had lodged an FIR against Dinu, Shahrukh, Javed, Dhola and Aurangzeb alias Zaheer of Delhi. The five were accused of gang-rape, putting a rod in the private part and throwing them in a sack with their hands and feet tied. They were taken into custody by the police.

Police made shocking disclosure…
Meerut Range IG Praveen Kumar and SSP Muniraj G. held a press conference. IG told- The victim woman is having a dispute with the accused named in the gangrape over a property worth Rs 53 lakh in Shahdara, Delhi. In the year 2021, Azad had taken this property from a woman named Samina.
Azad gave its power of attorney to Deepak Joshi. Deepak gave its power of attorney in February-2022 to the alleged victim woman. There is a dispute regarding the possession of the property and this case is going on in Karkardooma Court, Delhi.
There was a plan to grab the property as soon as the other party went to jail.
The IG said that the police investigation revealed that Azad is a friend of the victim. He is a resident of Kabirnagar located in Welcome police station area in Delhi. Azad created the script of the alleged gangrape to find a solution to this property dispute.
In this work, Azad took Gaurav resident Badalpur and Afzal resident Kaila Bhatta Ghaziabad along. The police have arrested all three. The story was created that if the other side goes to jail for gangrape, then the woman can capture herself.
The woman voluntarily got into the car and came
The police took Azad into custody. When his mobile was checked, the whole story came to the fore. Evidence was found in the mobile that Azad messaged many people to show the incident as gang rape and also paid through Paytm.
The IG said that the woman was found voluntarily lying on the spot and voluntarily stayed at a fixed place for two days. He was neither kidnapped nor gang raped. It was a complete conspiracy. The vehicle in which she was taken from the spot belongs to Gaurav. The complete route of the vehicle has been traced through the GPS tracker. Azad has confessed during interrogation that he had switched off his mobile just before the incident and was present near the spot.

1- No police complaint of missing
Police sources said that the victim nurse left the birthday party on the night of 16 October. She was standing waiting for the auto on the road located on Ashram Road in Nandgram and went missing from there. The family got the news of her lying on the roadside on the morning of 18 October. Within 52 hours, the family member neither informed the police about his disappearance nor made a written complaint.
2- Why was he thrown from where he was kidnapped?
According to the victim, four youths riding a Scorpio kidnapped her from the road and took her away. Kept at unknown place for two days. There the five youths raped in turn and fled after throwing her back at the same place.
When the police found out the location of the accused, it was found in Delhi. The distance from Ashram Road to Delhi will be around 20 kms. If the accused kidnapped, why would they throw them at the same place? Police is also probing this angle.
3- There is also a dispute about the property
According to the police, the victim has a dispute with the named accused over a property. The victim herself and her brother have also accepted this fact. It is located in the Shahdara area of the property and the price is around Rs 53 lakh.
However, the victim claims that she has bought this property from the accused. Registry has also been done. Still, the accused party is not giving possession of it. Police is also probing this angle.
4- The victim did not tell the police her exact address
The victim did not give her address and mobile number to the Ghaziabad police. During interrogation, he described himself as a resident of Nandnagri Delhi. Ghaziabad Police reached this address to investigate. It was learned that not the victim, her sister lives in this house. Now the police has got the second address of the victim. The victim did not even give her mobile number to the police.
5- Did not agree to treatment in another hospital
Ghaziabad Police says that they brought the victim directly to MMG Hospital for treatment. From here he was referred to Meerut Medical. But the victim insisted on taking her to GTB Delhi. Whereas according to the rules, the Higher Center of Ghaziabad is Meerut Medical. She would have been admitted in Delhi with the referral slip there. It was learned that the victim is working as a nurse in GTB itself for more than 10 years. The entire staff is well known to him.
At present, the interrogation of the four accused is going on inside the Nandgram police station.
There was no rod in the private part, there was a wire like a tongue cleaner
According to Rajat Jamba, spokesperson of the hospital where the victim is admitted – the victim has been sexually assaulted. It’s stable now. There are external injuries, but we could not find any internal injuries.
The item found from the private part has been sent to the Investigation Officer for investigation. On the other hand, the Ghaziabad police say that the object found in the private part was not a rod, but a six-inch long iron wire, which is in U shape. This wire is like a tongue cleaner.

At 11.30 pm, my nephew got a call and told that mother has not reached home. We searched my sister a lot, but could not find anything. 18 october In the morning we got information about him lying on the side of the road.
The sister told me that four young men had come in Scorpio and took her to an unknown place. His fifth companion was also present there. I don’t know their names, but my sister knows them. Everyone raped my sister. The doctor has told me that there is an injury in the private part.
