The Director of Government Examinations will be closing the application process for the Telangana National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMS) today, October 13. Those who want to apply for the NMMS 2023 can do so online by visiting bse.telangana.gov.in. According to the previously announced schedule, the Telangana NMMS exam for class 8 students will take place on December 10 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. This exam will be held in Telugu, Hindi, Urdu, and English languages at the revenue divisional headquarters in all 33 districts of the state.
Telangana NMMS Scholarship 2023: Eligibility criteria
Candidates are recommended to go throught the Telangana NMMS scholarship eligibility criteria to apply for the scholarship test 2023 before filling out the form:
–– Those who fall under the SC and ST categories must have earned at least 50% of the possible points in the class 7 exam administered in the academic year 2022–2023.
–– Students attending non-residential Zilla Parishad (ZP), local government, government-aided, and model schools are eligible. Residential facility-based model school candidates are ineligible.
–– Candidates with parental incomes under Rs. 3,50,000 are eligible.

Telangana NMMS Scholarship 2023: How to Apply
The scholarship application form can be filled out online by candidates. In order to fill out the Telangana NMMS Scholarship application form, they can follow these instructions:
Step 1: Navigate to the official website: bse.telangana.gov.in or portal. bsetelangana.org/tsnmmsthr/Account/Login.aspx
Step 2: Tap on NMMS Online Application Receiving -2023-24, on the homepage.
Step 3: Then, on the fresh page, enter School DISE Code and Password.
Step 4: Now, fill up the application form and then pay the required exam fees.
Step 5: Lastly, submit the form and take a printout.
Telangana NMMS Scholarship 2023: Application Fee
According to the official website, candidates from the general category (OC) and other backward caste (OBC) are required to pay an examination fee of Rs 100. On the other hand, students from the SC, ST, and PH categories will need to pay a reduced fee of Rs 50. Additionally, all candidates must provide their original class 7 pass certificates with their marks as part of the application process.
