Notice to Delhi, UP and Uttarakhand Police
The court, while issuing notices to Delhi, UP and Uttarakhand police, asked what action was taken against those involved in hate speech. A bench of Justices KM Joseph and Hrishikesh Roy said in its order that it is the responsibility of the court to intervene in such matters.
Stop the practice of intimidation of Muslims
Shaheen Abdullah has filed a petition in the Supreme Court.
