In Punjab, the political ruckus between SAD chief Sukhbir Badal and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has increased. AAP government minister made allegations against Sukhbir in sacrilege and firing. Sukhbir was blamed for this. After this, Sukhbir came forward and said that in any case, thousands of people get summons.

Sukhbir Badal has been summoned by the Special Investigation Team in the Kotkapura shooting incident. He has been asked to appear in Chandigarh on August 30. Sukhbir was the deputy CM at the time when people protesting sacrilege were fired upon in Kotkapura in 2015. The Home Department was also with him. The SIT is asking on whose orders the bullet was fired at that time.
Sukhbir accused the liquor scam with these arguments.
