The menace of stray dogs in Surat city is not taking its name. In Wade Road, a dog injured 7 people including four children in 24 hours. Social worker Tufel Patel told that this dog has created terror for many days. He has bitten 7 people by roaming around in 24 hours. On Saturday, the dog bitten the hand of a 5-year-old girl.
