In Bhopal, the administration has demolished the house of the accused who put a dog’s leash around the neck of a youth and forced him to change his religion. Four are arrested, search is on for two. Dainik Bhaskar Team For investigation reached their broken houses. It was learned that in view of the criminal activities of the accused Mohammad Sameer, the family had evicted him two years back.

First of all know what is the matter

On June 18, a video from Bhopal went viral on social media. In the video, 6 boys have surrounded a man. The dog’s leash is tied around the man’s neck and he is sitting on his knees. 6 boys were saying to that person that Bol Sahil Bhai-Faizan Bhai is my father. After the video went viral, on the morning of 19th, the Home Minister of MP calls the boy who is being tortured in the video. The boy said to Narottam Mishra – He was pressurizing me to convert. While beating, he told me that you will eat beef. After listening to him, Home Minister Mishra talked about getting complete justice to the boy.

After this the police-administration becomes active. Soon the police reach Harijan Basti and Vasundhara Colony to arrest the 6 boys seen in the video, Bilal Teela, Faizan Lala, Mohammad Sameer Teela, Sahil Bachha and Mufid Khan. The police arrested 3 of the 6 boys. The remaining 3 are still absconding. After the arrest, the administration reached the house of Sameer, Sahil and Faizan and used hammer, sabble and bulldozer on their houses. Along with this, the police have started action against Sameer, accused in more than 26 cases, under Rasuka i.e. National Security Act.

After this act of sabotage Daily newspaper The team reached the house of the three accused and then the complainant Vijay Ramchandani. Spoke to the families of the three accused. He said that our sons are accused, but why are we getting punished for this? Come, let’s go to the broken houses of the three accused in turn.

More than 26 cases on Sameer, family members were fed up with his antics

Mohd Sameer: After the demolition of the house, we reached the house of Mohammad Sameer. His mother was sitting outside the house in a delirious condition. Couldn’t even talk. He was not sad that the son went to jail or NSA has been imposed on him. The only sorrow was that her two-room house was broken which she and her husband and 2 daughters had built by working themselves.

Sameer’s father Mohammad Salim and two sisters were sitting outside the broken house along with his mother. When talked to father, sister said don’t talk to media people. Our house was collapsing and everyone was watching. Talking about the father in confidence, he said that the crime is of the son. He should be punished. Why was the roof taken away from the head of my minor daughter and family? I have 2 sons and 2 daughters. One son has died. One daughter is married. The second daughter is 7 years old. my hands don’t work Only the younger son runs the house. Sameer is 26 years old. He never went to school. He is in the wrong company. He does wages to say, but is also involved in the work of intoxication. He comes home sometimes.

We believe that he is the accused. More than 26 cases like half murder, robbery, assault and demanding ransom are registered against him in the police station. We were fed up with his antics. The police used to come to his house every day and harass him, that’s why we went to the Shahjahanabad SP and gave an application to evict him from our family 2 years ago. When we do not consider him as the son of our house then why did the government demolish our house.

Lived in mother’s house after husband’s death, why did he demolish it?

Faizan Khan: After this we reached Tila Jamalpura, the house of Faizan Khan. Faizan’s mother Sheeba Khan’s husband died in the year 2021 during Corona. Since then he and Faizan started living at Tila Jamalpura, their grandmother’s house. His maternal grandmother had rented him a one-room house next to her house. For this, Sheeba Khan used to give 1500 rupees to her mother. Faizan, 23, has studied till 8th standard. He used to work in a clothes shop. Faizan has a younger brother. His sister is married.

Faizan’s mother Sheeba told that the police had come to Sahil’s house at 10 am on the 19th. As soon as Faizan came to know about this, he ran away from home. Since then his calls are also not ringing.

Objectionable things happened on WhatsApp between Faizan and Sameer

Sheeba further tells that Vijay used to threaten Faizan by sending messages. Mother showed these messages to Dainik Bhaskar. Vijay sent threatening messages to Faizan. In these messages, objectionable things have been said about Dharma and his mother.

Sheeba says some people entered our house in the evening. He had Sariya and Sabbal in his hand. This is not Faizan’s house. His grandmother has given us a room to stay, for which she also takes rent from us. We kept crying, but the administration was not ready to listen to us. Even if my son has committed the crime, then why is the family getting punished for it. In this vandalism, we suffered a loss of 10 to 15 thousand rupees. Faizan will go to jail. How to make up for this loss?

90 year old Nana got punished for Sahil’s crimes

In the same street, five houses away from Faizan’s grandmother’s house, is the house of accused Sahil. When we reached Sahil’s house, the front door of his house was locked. Neighbors said that the administration ransacked the rear part of the house where Sahil lived with his mother. On enquiry, it was found that 21-year-old Sahil used to work as a labourer. Three years ago his father left his mother alone. The father did not support, so the mother brought Sahil to his maternal grandfather’s house. Since then both of them live in Tila Jamalpura at Nana’s house.

Neighbor Dosi Mohammad Ishrad told that Sahil’s mother was working as a laborer and running her house. This house belongs to Sahil’s maternal grandfather Hasan Ali. He gave shelter to Sahil and his mother in times of trouble. He should be punished for Sahil’s crimes. There is no fault of his maternal grandfather in all this. He further states that all the accused and complainant Vijay Ramchandani were friends. We all know him by face. Sahil, Sameer and other accused used to roam around the locality with Vijay and used to take drugs together.

Now moving on to the words of complainant Vijay Ramchandani…

He was blackmailing, so put a status against him

On 9th May my friend and I were coming back from a wedding. I dropped my friend at his house near the burst tomb. After this I was coming home via Ram Mandir. That’s why those 3 miscreants suddenly came in front and caught me by stopping my two wheeler. First of all he put his hand in my pocket. Everyone started slapping continuously. After this he called 3 more boys. After that they all took me to BT College at knife point. He had 4 knives, a belt and the lever wire of the vehicle. They slapped me continuously 70-80 times, kicked me. Also hit with belt and wire.

He showed the forked knife and said that if it goes inside, it will go on tearing the veins. Will not be able to survive even for a second. After making these threats, he put a dog leash around my neck. Told me to bark like a dog and told me that you will eat beef. You will become Miyan. This is just a video they sent to blackmail me. In this way he made about 10 videos. If the police go to the recycle bin of his phone and see, then those videos can also be found. They tortured me for about 4 to 5 hours. There was a threat to my life, so whatever he asked me to speak, I went on speaking. The next day, I complained to Tila Jamalpura police, but no action was taken. When all of them came to know about the FIR, they downloaded it from his number. After reading this, he used to tease me on WhatsApp by repeating things, that’s why I used WhatsApp status and abused him, spoke against his religion.

My father died of cancer two and a half months back. I was very close to him. Used to sleep with them only. After his death, I was suffering from continuous depression. After this, I was troubled by the threatening messages from these boys. They used to threaten me to make the video viral, demanding money in return. I myself got fed up and made this video viral 6 days ago.

While tweeting, I also tagged several news channels and Shivraj Singh Chouhan. With this I went to Tila Jamalpura police station. The TI sir there had assured me of help. The video went viral after 4-5 days. On the afternoon of the 19th, I received a call from State Home Minister Narottam Mishra ji on my phone. He understood the matter and assured me full help. After that the police took action to arrest him and demolish his house. Three of them are still absconding. My life, my mother’s and my elder brother’s life is still in danger.

Leader of Sameer gang, action will be taken against him under NSA

ACP Shahjahanabad Umesh Kumar Tiwari told that the FIR was lodged by the complainant Vijay Ramchandani. According to this, 6 youths blocked his way and abducted him and later beat him up and demanded money. It has also been alleged that pressure was put on Vijay to convert. Taking cognizance of all these information, the police has taken action. Out of the 6 accused in the case, 3 have been arrested. He has been produced in the court. The main accused Sameer already has 26 criminal cases registered against him. A case has been registered against him under NSA. Apart from this, police teams have been prepared and sent to nab the other accused who are absconding.
