In Punjab’s Amritsar city, a Sikh has approached the Shiromani Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC) to rescue his wife and child from the priest. The priest is forcing him to leave Sikhism and convert to Christianity in exchange for leaving his wife and child. Distraught, the young man has submitted his complaint to the SGPC office and the Dharma-Propaganda Committee.

According to the information received, Kuldeep Singh, a resident of Amritsar’s Bazar Abbalwaian, has given a written complaint to the SGPC and the Sikh Dharma Prachar Committee that there was trouble going on in his house. During this time his wife fell under the guise of a priest. The wife asked him several times to convert to Christianity and the pastor also pressured him to convert to Christianity, but he refused. After this, the wife has taken away money and jewelry from his house after being misled.

Kuldeep told that the accused is not a pastor of any church. He has started the work of conversion at home itself. He has gone to the pastor several times and asked to return his wife and child, but the priest is not leaving his wife and child.
