Delhi Police presenting gangster Lawrence Bishnoi in Delhi’s Patiala House Court.
Punjab Police has suffered a major setback in the Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala murder case. Gangster Lawrence, the head of the gang who took the responsibility of murder, will not come to Punjab yet. The Special Cell of Delhi Police has extended the police remand of Lawrence for 5 more days in the old case of Arms Act. The gangster was produced in Patiala House Court. In which Delhi Police said that they can take the gangster to Ganganagar and Jodhpur.
Delhi Police also said that there are no plans to take Lawrence to Punjab. The Punjab Police was waiting for the Delhi Police’s remand to end. So that he can bring him to Punjab on production warrant.
Sidhu Musewala was shot dead on May 29 at 5.30 pm.
Lawrence denies murder
Lawrence has denied that Musewala was murdered. He said that after watching TV in Tihar Jail, he came to know that Musewala had been murdered. Delhi Police also told the court that whatever things Lawrence has said in the Moosewala case, information is being given to the Punjab Police.
Canada-based gangster Goldie Brar of Lawrence Gang had claimed responsibility for the murder of Musewala.
Lawrence gang took responsibility for the Musewala massacre
Gangster Lawrence’s gang took responsibility for the Moosewala massacre. Lawrence’s fellow Canadian-sitting gangster Goldie Brar posted a post in this regard on social media. After which gangster Lawrence came on the radar of Punjab Police. After this Lawrence’s nephew Sachin Thapan Bishnoi also called the TV channel and said that I myself shot Moosewala. Sachin said that he has avenged the murder of Vicky Middukheda in Mohali.
Reward gangster Shahrukh also disclosed
Some time ago, the Special Cell of Delhi Police had caught gangster Shahrukh with a reward of 2 lakhs. He had told that a conspiracy was hatched to kill Sidhu Musewala while sitting in Tihar Jail. Gangster Lawrence along with Goldie Brar from Canada prepared the whole plan. Its supari was given to him earlier. They came to kill Musewala. However, he then returned after seeing the AK47 commands in Musewala’s security. After that he parted ways with this plan.
Gangster does not want to come to Punjab for fear of encounter
Gangster Lawrence himself does not want to come to Punjab. He suspects the Punjab Police of his encounter. Because of this he first went to the NIA court. He said that he should not be sent to Punjab. If necessary, then there should be security of Delhi Police. The NIA court refused to hear.
After this he came to Punjab and Haryana High Court. Here the Punjab government argued that Lawrence’s name is neither in the FIR nor has it sought a production warrant. The High Court dismissed Lawrence’s petition as baseless. However, in the FIR of Moosewala’s murder, Singer’s father Balkaur Singh has named Lawrence gang. On this basis, preparations have been made to take his production warrant.
