Amit Shah said – Now that time has gone when anyone could occupy the land of India. Today no one can occupy the land even as the tip of a needle.

Amit Shah said- Arunachal Pradesh has a very special and good thing, when you meet the people here, they do not greet. People here say Jai Hind. No one can encroach here, the reason for this is the patriotism of the people here.

Remembering the soldiers of Kibithu who were martyred in the 1962 war, Shah said – Our soldiers fought bravely even after the number was less. In 1965, Time magazine also praised the bravery of the Indian Army in this battle. The first ray of the Sun in India falls on this land. Lord Parshuram had named it Arunachal Pradesh. It is a shining jewel in the crown of Mother India.

He said that due to the bravery of ITBP and Army personnel, no one can see the borders of our country by raising their eyes. Now that time has gone when anyone could occupy the land of India. Today no one can occupy the land even as the tip of a needle.

Launching the ‘Vibrant Villages Program’ in Kibithu village, Shah said- PM Modi has decided to start Vibrant Village Program to provide employment and development in border villages. In the coming years, every house adjacent to the border will get water, electricity, gas-cylinder and employment to the people. These villages will be connected to other parts of the country and other parts of Arunachal.

Amit Shah first reached Dibrugarh in Assam. Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma welcomed him at the airport. From here Shah left for Arunachal Pradesh.

China called Shah’s visit a violation of sovereignty
China has termed Shah’s visit as a violation of its territorial sovereignty. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said that we oppose the visit of Indian Home Minister Amit Shah to Arunachal Pradesh. The Indian Home Minister’s activities in the region are a violation of Beijing’s territorial sovereignty.

China has been claiming Arunachal Pradesh for a long time. Last week, China changed the names of 11 places in Arunachal Pradesh in its map. On this, Indian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said – We reject these new names outright. Arunachal Pradesh was, is and will remain an integral part of India. Changing the name in this way will not change the reality.

China has done this for the third time in the last 5 years. Earlier in 2021, China had changed the names of 15 places and 6 places in 2017.

Congress said – PM Modi is responsible for this act of China
Congress leader Jairam Ramesh held Prime Minister Narendra Modi responsible for renaming places in China’s Arunachal Pradesh. In a statement issued by the Congress, it was said that PM Modi had given a clean chit to China in June 2020. Now we have to pay the price for it. The Chinese army is rejecting India’s patrolling rights in the Despang field. Whereas earlier India had access to this area without any hindrance.
