The troubles of Punjab cabinet minister Lal Chand Kataruchak, caught in the sexual harassment case, seem to be increasing. The victim Keshav has refused to appear before the SIT constituted to investigate the matter. He has written two letters to SIT chief DIG Border Range Narinder Bhargava. In which he said that his life is in danger from the minister and his supporters in Punjab.

Along with this, Keshav also wrote in his letter that he can appear before the SIT online. He can get his statement recorded through video conferencing. Or Keshav has given another option that his statement should be recorded outside Punjab at a safe place in Delhi. Along with this, it is also written that if SIT wants, then consider his complaint as his statement.
