American legislation for military aid to Israel and Ukraine failed on Wednesday in a vote in the Senate, 49 members of the Senate voted in favor, while 51 voted against.
Those who prevented the promotion of the proposal are Republican senators who voted against it in protest of the immigration policy that the United States is leading on its border with Mexico.
