The mortal remains of two BSF jawans from Rajasthan, who were martyred in an attack by protesters in Africa’s Congo (DR), reached their native village on Monday. Thousands of people gathered in both their villages to bid them last farewell with the tricolor yatra.
Seeing the body of martyr Shishupal, wife Kamala Devi started shouting Vande Mataram slogans. Then she got emotional. She saluted him by going close to her husband.
Tributes were paid to the mortal remains of Barmer resident head constable Sanvlaram Vishnoi (45) on Monday morning in Sector 83 of BSF. After this, Parthiv body reached his native village Band in Gudhamalani via Shaheed Circle, Chauhtan Circle, Kurja Fanta, Sanavada, Mehlu in Barmer. The martyr was buried at around 5 pm with national honors.
Head constable Sanvlaram Vishnoi’s body was buried in the traditional manner.
The wife cried after seeing the martyr husband Sanvlaram Vishnoi. The women took over.
People gathered to bid their last farewell to Sanwalaram Vishnoi of Barmer. During this, patriotic slogans continued to resonate.
Earlier, the mortal remains of Sikar resident head constable Shishupal Singh (45) reached his village Bagadi. The whole family got emotional seeing Shishupal. The last journey from home reached the funeral site and was lit by son Prashant.
Seeing the body of husband Shishupal, wife Kamala Devi became emotional. He went close to her husband and bowed to him.
Marty Shishupal’s daughter Kavita said- My father gave more time to his job than us. After the martyrdom of Papa, we stayed in Jaipur for 6 days, but no one came to ask us. We were not even told when the father’s body would come. Papa’s martyrdom case in Congo should be investigated. Also, the soldiers who are engaged in duty should also be responsible for their safety.
Shishupal’s son Prashant completed the last rites. 21 year old Prashant is doing his graduation.
Shishupal’s heroine Kamala Devi said- I am proud that my husband has given martyrdom in the United Nations Peace Mission. 11 people of our family are involved in the service of the country. Her biggest sorrow is that no public representative came to meet her in 6 days after her husband’s death. Even PCC Chief and Laxmangarh MLA Govind Singh Dotasra did not take any notice of us.
Veerangana said- I demand from the central and state government that there should also be a responsibility for the security of the soldiers of the country. Also, my husband who was martyred in this way in peace mission should also be investigated.
Wife Kamla Devi, son Prashant, and daughter Kavita saluting the body of Shishupal reached the village of Bagri.
Dotasara said – no problem will be allowed to the family
PCC Chief Govind Singh Dotasara said- All political parties are standing together for this family. No problem of any kind will be allowed to the martyr’s family. He said- I was Kovid positive. Couldn’t come like that. The village school will be named Shaheed Shishupal. Also, keeping in mind the martyr’s daughter Kavita, who is a doctor, the PHC will be opened. The President of the Ex-Servicemen Welfare Board has announced to build a statue of the martyr.

Union minister and army officers paid tribute
Earlier on Sunday morning, the mortal remains of Barmer and Shishupal Bagadia, residents of Savlaram Vishnoi, reached New Delhi. There Union Minister Kailash Choudhary and army officers paid tribute to him. After this, the mortal remains of Shishupal Bagadia of Bagdi Ka Bas of Laxmangarh were first brought to Balaran police station by road. The mortal remains of Sanvlaram Vishnoi of Barmer were brought to Jodhpur by air from Delhi. From here it was brought to Barmer.

The family members of the martyr were waiting for the body for the last 7 days. The people of the family were crying badly. The people of the village say that along with being sad, we are also proud that we have been martyred while serving the world along with the country.
On July 26, protesters attacked the army in the United Nations Peace Mission in Congo (DR) of Africa. Along with other soldiers, two soldiers posted in the Border Security Force (BSF) were also martyred. Both of them were Barmer Head Constable Sanvlaram Vishnoi and Sikar Head Constable Shishupal Singh.
