Sara Ali Khan Remembers Kedarnath Co-Star Sushant Singh Rajput In An Emotional Note

New Delhi: On the occasion of ‘Kedarnath’s fourth anniversary, actor Sara Ali Khan, who made her film debut in it, penned an emotional note. The actor reflected on her time on set and remembered her co-star, the late Sushant Singh Rajput.

Sara thought back on her time with Sushant and how much she misses being on the sets of the film. On her Instagram profile, she posted a series of joyful moments from behind the scenes. In one of the photos, Sushant Singh Rajput can be seen in one of the pictures fixing Sara’s headphones.

“4 years ago my biggest dream came true. It still feels like a dream and now perhaps always will. I’d do anything to go back to August 2017 and shoot every scene of this film again, relive every moment again, learn so much from Sushant about music, films, books, life, acting, stars and the sky, witness every sunrise, sunset and moonrise, listen to the sound of the river, enjoy every plate of Maggi and Kurkure, wake up at 4am to get ready, be introduced and directed by Gattu sir, and just be Mukku all over again. Thank you for a lifetime of memories,” she wrote in her moving post.

As Sara remembered her co-star from ‘Kedarnath’, Sushant Singh Rajput, the actor said,“And as the full moon shines bright tonight, I know Sushant is up there right by his favourite moon, shining like the bright star he always was and always will be. From Kedarnath to Andromeda.”

Abhishek Kapoor was the director of ‘Kedarnath’, a film starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan. The filmmaker posted some more BTS photos from the movie sets.

“It’s the all consuming drive to tell a story that gives one the energy to go through incredible hardships and a belief that the story MUST be told. I am forever grateful to the powers above that gave me the opportunity to deliver #kedarnath,” he wrote.

The entire industry was shaken by Sushant Singh Rajput’s passing, but his fans and family are the ones who still have trouble forgetting the tragedy. At the age of 34, the actor reportedly died by suicide in June 2020. ‘Dil Bechara’ was his final movie to be released on OTT following his demise.
