Sanjay Raut alleged that a presentation has been given to the Ministry of Home Affairs in this regard.
Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut on Friday accused the BJP of hatching a conspiracy to make Mumbai a Union Territory. Raut said that a presentation has been given to the Home Ministry in this regard. Raut alleged that former BJP MP Kirit Somaiya and a group of party leaders, builders, businessmen are part of this conspiracy.
Raut said that meetings have been held in this regard and funds are being collected for this purpose. This process is going on for the last two months. Raut also said that I have evidence to prove whatever I am saying. He further said that Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray is also aware of this development.
Somaiya can go to court
Raut has claimed that Somaiya may soon approach the court in this regard. They can claim that the percentage of Marathi people in Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra, has become very less and therefore it should be made a union territory under the rule of the central government.
A builder from Mumbai and a person from Varanasi are involved in the conspiracy
Sanjay Raut said, ‘Kirit Somaiya often goes to Delhi with false papers. A big conspiracy of Kirit Somaiya and his people to make Mumbai a Union Territory is beginning. In this, along with Somaiya, a big builder of Mumbai has a hand. This is not my allegation. damn is true. Kirit Somaiya is the mastermind of this conspiracy. Five people are mainly involved in this conspiracy with him, including a man from Varanasi and a big builder associated with BJP from Mumbai. Efforts are on to raise money for this work.
Apart from this, Sanjay Raut has also made a tweet. In this tweet, he once again accused Kirit Somaiya of scam of crores of rupees deposited for Save Vikrant. In the tweet, Raut wrote, ‘Don’t talk about Mahatma Somaiya here and there. Just tell this..where did the money deposited for save vikrant go.. This is the issue, isn’t it.. have you committed theft in the name of the country or not? Stop the gimmicks..we’ll play the numbers game later. it’s the matter of police investigation. did you get it?’
Conflict continues between central and state government
Let us tell you that this is not the first case when Sanjay Raut has made such an allegation on BJP. The tussle between the BJP and the ruling Shiv Sena continues in the state as well. Both the parties never miss any opportunity to attack each other on some issue or the other. Recently, the Uddhav-led Maharashtra government has registered a case against BJP leader and former MP Kirit Somaiya and his son Neil Somaiya in Mumbai on charges of Rs 57 crore scam.
ED took big action on Sanjay Raut
Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken major action against Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut. ED has attached properties worth crores of Sanjay Raut in Patra Chal land scam case. The ED has attached eight plots in Alibaug and flats in Mumbai belonging to Raut in the PMLA probe. It is being told that this scam is of Rs 1034 crores.
