- 9 Killed, 10 Injured Including 4 Children; The Tempo Collided With The Bus And The Milk Tanker

A tempo collided with a public transport and a milk tanker at around 11 pm on Saturday night in Hassan district of Karnataka. In this accident 9 people including 4 children have died, while 10 people are injured. The accident took place near Gandhi Nagar in Arasikere taluk of Hassan district. A total of 14 people were aboard the tempo, in which 9 have died.
It is being told that the bus going towards Shivamogga hit the tempo. Due to this the tempo driver lost control and collided with a milk tanker coming from the opposite direction. Due to this the tempo got stuck between both the vehicles. The condition of two people injured in the accident is critical. He has been admitted to the hospital.

2 year old child dies
Among those who died, 7 were from Salapura village and 2 from Doddihalli village. They have been identified as Druva (2 years) and Tanmay (10 years) residents of Doddahalli and Lilavati (50 years), Chaitra (33 years), Samarth (10 years), Dimpy (12 years), Vandana (20 years). .
Police said that Dodiya (60 years) and Bharti (50 years) are from Salapura village. According to the police, all the people were returning home after visiting the shrines of Dharmasthala, Subrahmanya and Hasanambe.
