The recruitment process aims to fill up the 68 openings in different disciplines under the Junior Design Engineer and CAD Draughtsman positions. It includes 5 openings in the Junior Design Engineer (Structural), 3 posts in Junior Design Engineer (Electrical), 4 posts in Junior Design Engineer (HVAC), and 1 post in Junior Design Engineer (external work). Besides, there are as many as 9 posts in CAD Draughtsman (Architecture), 8 posts in CAD Draughtsman (Structural), 10 posts each in CAD Draughtsman (Electrical and External Work), and 9 posts each in CAD Draughtsman (HVAC and Water Supply).
RITES Recruitment 2024: Eligibility
Candidates applying for the Junior Design Engineer’s posts are required to be Engineer graduates. As per the disciplines, the educational requirements have been categorised in the official notification. A minimum of 5 years of experience is mandatory in the relevant field in all of the Junior Design Engineer’s posts.
Similarly, in all the CAD Draughtsman disciplines, the educational requirements are different. A minimum of 3 years of experience is necessary for the candidates in the relevant field.
