Alizeh has made her acting debut with Farrey and she was praised also for her acting skills. Today at CNN News18’s Rising Bharat Summit, the actress shared many things including about her career. However, amid these Alizeh was also asked about her favourite mammu and she took Salman Khan.
Alizeh said, “Alag cheez ke liye main alag mamu ke paas jaati hoon. Jaise agar mujhe hassna hai, I’ll go to Sohail mamu. Bohot jokes karte rehte hain… Arbaaz mamu advise dene main bohot acche hain. Voh bohot well spoken aur bohot articulate hain toh jab mujhe advise chahiye, poochna bhi nahi padta hai. Khud call aa jaata hai unse. Salman mamu, it’s good to be around him kyuki voh yaad dilwate hain ki you need to be young at heart… Voh bacche hi hain abhi tak toh sometimes unke saath reh ke I feel like main aur young ho gayi hoon.”
Alizeh Agnihotri also shared that if she wasn’t an actor, she would be a director. When asked if she would make a film starring her uncle Salman Khan, Alizeh said, “Ji Bilkul.”
Talking about Allizeh’s debut Farrey is inspired from true events. It may take you a while to acclimatise to the world director Soumdendra Padhi has created but once you become a part of it, you will realise the degree of havoc money, greed and class differences can wreak. At 1 hour 54 minutes and despite a few song and dance sequences, Farrey makes for a smart and fast-paced thriller. It’s a clutter-breaker and comes as a breather at a time when actioners and murder mysteries have taken over Hindi cinema.
On the work front, Salman Khan was last seen in Tiger 3 with Katrina Kaif. The film was loved by audience. Salman has a few projects in the making. His brother, Sohail Khan confirmed that Salman will dive into the making of Sher Khan next year. Speaking exclusively with News18, Sohail revealed that he’s planning on taking it to floors in 2025.
