The building of Rice Mill located at Tarawadi in Karnal has collapsed. In which the laborers got buried.
In Haryana, a three-storey building of a rice mill at Tarawadi in Karnal collapsed. 20 to 25 laborers got buried under the debris. Out of which 4 laborers have died. The information about the collapse of the building created a stir in the administration. Administration, police and rescue teams reached the spot and started relief and rescue operations. Rescue operation is still going on.
200 laborers living in the building
According to the information, about 200 laborers used to live in the three-storey building of Shiv Shakti Rice Mill of Tarawadi. Some of whom had gone to work at night. While the rest of the laborers were sleeping in the building at night. The three-storey building collapsed on the sleeping laborers at around 3.30 am on Tuesday morning.
Due to the collapse of the building, 20 to 25 laborers were buried under the debris. Out of which 4 laborers died. 18 laborers are said to be injured. Those who have been admitted to the Medical College for treatment.
