Retired school teacher cheated while buying sex toy. It is alleged that a total of Tk 36 lakh was taken from him. The owner of a dance bar in Siliguri was arrested on Saturday on the basis of his allegations. The incident took place at Belakobar in Rajganj of Jalpaiguri.
A couple of years ago, a retired headmaster of a primary school in Belakobar bought a sex toy at the Hong Kong market in Siliguri. He claimed that the shopkeeper had told him to bring sex toys from abroad. That is why it will cost a lot. The shopkeeper said that if he pays one lakh rupees in advance, he will bring that sex toy from abroad. The retired teacher also claimed that he had paid in advance. He claimed that later one day it was reported that the delivery boy was caught by the police while he was going to give a sex toy at the house of the retired teacher. The delivery boy also mentioned the name of the retired teacher in the face of interrogation. In that case, the fraudster threatened to arrest him if he did not pay the police.
The retired teacher claims that the fraudster took away Rs 36 lakh from him in the same way. He was also forced to sell his land to meet the demand for money. After finding no way out, the retired teacher lodged a written complaint with the Rajganj police station. The owner of a dance bar named Pawan Das from Siliguri has been arrested on the basis of the allegations. However, Pawan has denied allegations of cheating on the retired teacher. He claims that he does not know anything about the matter. The retired teacher has been cheated using his bank account.
