Taking to X, Swati Maliwal slammed Delhi ministers for trolling her just because she spoke the truth
Amid the ongoing probe on Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar, AAP MP and former Delhi Commission for Women chief Swati Maliwal on Monday has accused the Delhi ministers and Aam Aadmi Party leaders of “putting her relatives’ lives in danger by tweeting their personal details using their car numbers”.
Taking to X, Maliwal slammed Delhi ministers for trolling her just because she spoke the truth. “Since yesterday, Delhi ministers are spreading lies that an FIR has been filed against me for corruption, hence I did all this on the instructions of BJP,” she said in the post.
She further stated that the FIR, AAP leaders are talking about her, was lodged eight years ago in 2016 after which both the Chief Minister and the LG appointed her as the Chairperson of the Women’s Commission twice.
“The case is completely fake on which the Hon’ble High Court has stayed for 1.5 years, who have accepted that no money transaction has taken place. According to them, until I filed a complaint against Bibhav Kumar, I was “Lady Singham” and today I have become a BJP agent?” she questioned.
Relatives’ Lives In Danger, Claims Maliwal
Claiming that her relatives’ lives are being put in danger by the party leader just to troll her. She further stated that the Delhi ministers are intoxicated with power, but the truth will come out. “I will take you to court for every lie you spread!” she said.
“The entire troll army was deployed against me just because I spoke the truth. Everyone in the party is being called and told to send Swati’s personal video if they have one, as it has to be leaked,” she said, adding, “They’re putting my relatives’ lives in danger by tweeting their details using their car numbers. Well, lies don’t last long. But in the intoxication of power and in the passion to bring someone down, it should not happen that when the truth comes out, you are not able to look even your family in the eye.”
Swati Maliwal Accuses Bibhav Of Assault
In a shocking incident, Swati Maliwal Maliwal on May 13 accused Bibhav Kumar of assaulting her at CM’s residence at Civil Lines. She also filed a complaint against him.
According to the first information report (FIR) filed by the former Delhi Commission for Women chief, Bibhav Kumar (Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s aide) allegedly screamed at Swati Maliwal “without any provocation” before slapping her seven-eight times and kicked her in her chest, stomach, and pelvis.
