This is how the love story of Uddhav and Rashmi started
Rashmi Thackeray was born in a middle class family of Dombivli. She was particularly interested in reading and writing. She was studying at JJ School of Arts in Mumbai. During this time he became friends with Jaywanti, the sister of Raj Thackeray. It was Jaywanti who made Rashmi meet her brother Uddhav Thackeray. At that time Uddhav was a photographer and used to run an advertising agency. The meeting of both first turned into friendship and love. Later on December 13, 1988, both of them got married.
