JAIPUR: Active corona cases in the state reduced from 1,109 to 915, while in Jaipur, it reduced from 548 to 427. One person died, while 69 others were tested positive in the state on Sunday bringing state’s overall tally to12,82,225.
The state’s overall toll rose to 9,550. Bikaner reported its 586th Covid death. The persons recovered from Covid-19 in 24 hours were 262, taking the overall tally of recovered persons to 12,71,760.
Thirteen districts did not report any case, while the rest of the districts reported 69 cases in 24 hours. Bundi and Dungarpur have zero active case currently, while Karauli has one active case and Tonk, Pali, Jalore, Jaisalmer, Dausa have two active cases each.
Jaipur has highest active cases at 427. The state’s active cases on Sunday were the lowest on a given day in 2022.
