Madhya Pradesh – Bridge shed on Bhopal-Nagpur highway, Tawa gates open again
In most cities of Madhya Pradesh, rivers are overflowing due to incessant rains. Flood conditions have started forming in the low-lying areas. Due to heavy rains in the higher reaches of Betul, Pipariya and Pachmarhi, the gates of Tawa Dam had to be opened for the second time this season.

Rajasthan- Heavy rain warning in 15 districts
Last 24 hours- The Meteorological Department said that light to moderate rain occurred in many parts of Rajasthan on Monday, with Khajuwala in Bikaner receiving 8 cm (3.14 in) of rain, and Jaipur receiving 5 cm (1.9 in). While Bhilwara’s Rajsamand, Raipur, Sri Ganganagar’s Ghadsana and Anupgarh received four centimeters (1.4 inches) of rain each.

next 24 hours- The Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rain in 15 districts including Baran, Bundi, Dausa, Jhalawar, Karauli, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Tonk. These states have been put on orange alert.

On Sunday, 19 mm of water fell here during the day as well. Dhamtari has received one and a half inches of rain in 24 hours. 94% of the dam is full.

The state has received 56 per cent of the season’s rainfall so far. Dharampur and Kaprada talukas of Valsad district received good rainfall in 39 tehsils of the state with the highest rainfall of 5 inches.

In North Gujarat, there is a possibility of heavy rain in Sabarkantha, Banaskantha, Aravalli. Apart from this, normal rain warning has been given in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Information has also been issued to the fishermen not to venture into the sea for three days.
