Railway Men’s Union remembers Ambedkar’s contribution on Constitution Day – Rail Hunt

JAMSHEDPUR: Constitution Day was organized by the South Eastern Railway Men’s Union. In the program organized in Adityapur branch and engineering department, the adoption of the Constitution of India by the Constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949 and its implementation on 26 January 1950 was discussed. It was told that the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment had informed on 19 November 2015, that the Government of India has decided to celebrate 26 November every year as ‘Constitution Day’ to promote constitutional values ​​among the citizens.

In the program, Dr. Ambedkar’s contribution was remembered on Constitution Day in Indian Railways. A large number of railway employees including branch secretary Rajesh Kumar, executive president Mukesh Singh, president ABK Mahapur were present in the program organized on this occasion. On that occasion, it was told that a large number of railway workers from Chakradharpur Railway Division will participate in the national convention to be held in Puri.
