A case has been registered against him in Punjab and Punjab Police reached Delhi to arrest him. After Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga and Preeti Gandhi, Naveen Jindal has become the third BJP leader against whom the Aam Aadmi Party has filed a case in Punjab. A case was registered against Bagga and Preeti Gandhi in Mohali after Kejriwal’s remarks about the film The Kashmir Files. Now a case has been registered against Naveen Jindal for making Kejriwal’s video viral on social media.

Naveen Jindal has been booked under sections 465, 469, 471, 500, 504, 505 (1) (b) of the Indian Penal Code and section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 for making a fake video viral.

Bagga said – Kejriwal is misusing the police
Meanwhile, BJP leader Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga has said that Naveen Jindal is the same person who busted Kejriwal’s swimming pool worth 11 crores. He said that Arvind Kejriwal has come down on misusing the Punjab Police as soon as the Aam Aadmi Party government was formed in Punjab. In a tweet, Bagga said, “Kejriwal Police of Punjab has registered FIR against Delhi Spokesperson of BJP for exposing the real face of Kejriwal. Naveen bhai is the same person who exposed Kejriwal’s 11 crore swimming pool scheme. Earlier on Saturday, Bagga had claimed that the Punjab Police had reached his house to arrest him without informing the local police.
