Haryana’s BJP-JJP coalition government cabinet may be reshuffled soon. BJP is preparing to replace 3 ministers of its quota. The report card of all the ministers was prepared following the instructions of the party high command.

In which the performance of three ministers Kamal Gupta, Kamlesh Danda and Sandeep Singh has been found poor. CM Manohar Lal has gone to Delhi with the complete report. Right now BJP high command is busy in Gujarat elections after Himachal Pradesh.

After that new faces can be brought in the cabinet of Haryana Government. However, the final decision has not been taken on whether the chair of these three ministers will remain or be snatched away. If sources are to be believed, the performance of some other ministers is also not satisfactory, the high command may consider them also.

Which 3 ministers are on the radar and why?

Kamal Gupta: Urban Local Bodies Minister of Haryana. Ministers have been made a year ago. Haven’t been able to perform very well so far. Has not done any remarkable work in his department. Whatever work has been done has been done at the CM level. Also, they were not successful in taking those works among the public. Recently, they had also failed to deal with the strike of sweepers on Diwali in the state on time.

Kamlesh Danda: Minister of Women and Child Development. They have remained confined to their light only. Till now no major decision has been taken for the upliftment of women. There are also allegations of his family members being more active than the minister. The buzz is that the minister’s son is watching his works.

Sandeep Singh: Sports Minister of Haryana. Haryana has an important department in terms of sports. Could not bring any concrete plan to promote sports during his tenure. Already running and proposed schemes could not be implemented. Sandeep has also limited himself to his light.

These flaws were also found in the report card of ministers
Some other flaws have also been found in the report card of the ministers. The biggest of these is that the three ministers are not giving regular attendance in the secretariat even after the instructions of the CM. It has been said in the report that this minister has not yet been able to take any major decision in the departments even at his level.

Read.. Why the change is being done?

There are 3 big reasons behind the change in the cabinet

1. The performance of ministers is a matter of concern for the government. In Haryana, BJP has to run the government in alliance with JJP. If it continues like this, then in the 2024 elections, the crutch of support will have to be taken.

2. According to CMO sources Haryana government is merging 12 departments. Its draft has also been prepared. After taking approval from the governor in December, the government will issue its notification. After this, the justification of some ministries will not remain.

3. Third.. and the biggest reason is the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. In 2019, BJP had won all the 10 seats in Haryana. This time also there is pressure on the BJP government of Haryana to repeat the protest. If this does not happen, CM Manohar Lal will be in trouble in front of the high command.

Know… when will the final decision be taken

The decision to change the Haryana cabinet will be taken only after December 8. There are 2 reasons for this.

First…the counting of votes will take place in Himachal Pradesh on 8th December. The party is also keeping an eye on the performance of the BJP there.

Second… Assembly elections are going on in Gujarat. There is yet to be voting. All the big leaders are busy there. That’s why we will not take a decision now.

But…does it have to be?
It is also not necessary that there will be a change in the cabinet. To avoid any kind of factionalism or dispute within the party, it can be settled only by shuffling the portfolios of the ministers. The final decision will first be in the hands of CM Manohar Lal and then the central leadership.
