The responsibility of following these orders rests with the DC of the district concerned. Different teams formed by DC will conduct random checking at public places. During this checking, if a person is found in a public place who does not have both doses of corona vaccine, then it will be the responsibility of the owner of the place concerned. Action will be taken against him as per rules.
In view of the possibility of a third wave of corona amidst increasing cases of Omicron variant in Haryana, the state government has tightened the rules regarding corona vaccination. Under this, it has been made mandatory to have both doses of the vaccine for going to public places from January 1, 2022. Both the doses should be applied even after going to the market etc.

The bus conductor or railway ticket checker will not allow the passenger to board in the absence of the certificate. It will also be mandatory to be fully vaccinated for filling CNG in the vehicle.
Mandatory also in gym-fitness centers
In all private and public sector banks, entry will be available only if both the doses are engaged. It will be the responsibility of the concerned branch manager of the bank to ensure compliance of this order. Only those who get both doses will be allowed in parks, yoga shalas, gyms and fitness centers. The owner of the respective yogashala, gym or fitness center shall ensure that all the people visiting his place are fully vaccinated.

Auto drivers who did not take both doses of the corona vaccine, they will not be able to drive autos from January 1. This order will also apply to truck unions.
Responsibility of the manager or in-charge of the place concerned
According to the government instructions, it will be the responsibility of the owner or manager to get this done in hotels, restaurants, malls, cinema halls, shopping complexes etc. Similarly, in government offices, corporation and board offices, it will be the responsibility of the head of the government to follow these instructions.
