PM Narendra Modi is on a two-day Gujarat tour from Thursday. On the first day of the tour, he did a 50 km long roadshow in Ahmedabad. The 4-hour-long roadshow started at Naroda at 5:15 pm and ended at Chandkheda at 9:05 pm. The PM stopped his motorcade to give way to an ambulance during the roadshow. On the way of the roadshow, 35 stops were made at the statues of personalities like Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, PM paid floral tributes at all the statues. 16 assembly seats of Ahmedabad will come under the purview of the road show. Prior to the roadshow, the PM had also held rallies at Kalol in Panchmahal, Bodeli in Chhota Udepur and Himmatnagar.
