Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni described PM Modi as the most favorite leader of the world.

The 8th edition of Raisina Dialogue began in Delhi from today. Its chief guest is the Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgia Meloni. After reaching Delhi on Thursday, he met Narendra Modi. This was followed by a joint press conference.

In the press conference, Meloni said – Prime Minister Modi is the most favorite leader of the world. It has been proved that what a great leader he is. Congratulations to him for this. Modi standing on the second dais was seen laughing after hearing these things. Here Modi announced the start-up bridge between India and Italy.

Modi said- We have had diplomatic relations for 75 years, but till now there were no defense relations. Today we are also starting this. Apart from this, both countries will work together on issues related to renewable energy, hydrogen, IT, telecom, semiconductors and space.

On this, Modi said- From the very beginning of the Ukraine war, India has made it clear that this dispute can be resolved only through dialogue and diplomacy. India is ready to contribute to any peace process. We also welcome Italy’s active participation in the Indo-Pacific. It is a matter of great pleasure that Italy has decided to join the Indo-Pacific Ocean Initiative.

Representatives of more than 100 countries are participating in this. It was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today at 6:30 pm. This meeting is taking place at a time when India is presiding over the G-20. In this context, it is being considered very important.

According to the Ministry of External Affairs, representatives of more than 100 countries are participating in the Raisina Dialogue 2023. These include ministers, former heads of state and government, military commanders, industry leaders, technology leaders, strategic affairs experts, academicians, journalists, strategic affairs experts.

It is organized by the Ministry of External Affairs in collaboration with the Observer Research Foundation. In the last eight years, the influence of Raisina Dialogue has been continuously increasing in different areas. Also, this event has been identified as a Major Global Conference.

What is Raisina Dialogue?
There is a platform of people from different countries of the world. Raisina Dialogue was started with the aim of discussing the global situation and challenges. Representatives of more than 100 countries take part in it. The Raisina Dialogue was started by the central government in 2016. Since then, the number of countries and people participating in this program is increasing every year. It is organized by the Ministry of External Affairs in collaboration with the Observer Research Foundation.
