36 FIRs were filed for putting up posters against PM Modi

In Delhi, 36 FIRs were registered by the police for putting up posters against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. According to the Delhi Police, the rest of the 100 FIRs were registered regarding other posters. All the cases were registered under the Printing Press Act and the Defamation of Property Act.
