Pathaan Box Office Collection Day 4: SRK-Starrer Becomes Fastest Film To Hit Rs 200 Crore Mark

New Delhi: The fourth day of Shah Rukh Khan’s spy actioner ‘Pathaan’ continued to rewrite box office records. For the third time, the film has now surpassed the the half century milestone after earning an estimated Rs 52 crore net from its Hindi-language release alone.

Early estimates show that ‘Pathaan’ generated massive profits after earning Rs 57 crore crore nett on its first day of release in India. The movie became the first Hindi film to enter the Rs 200 crore club by surpassing the 200 crore nett milestone in just four days, bringing its domestic box office total to Rs 212 crore nett.

The Hindi version of the film reportedly made over Rs 52 crore nett on Saturday, according to early estimates in a Box Office India report.

Meanwhile, as per trade analyst Taran Adrash Shah Rukh’s ‘Pathaan’, which marks his comeback as an actor in a lead role, is ‘truly rewriting record books’. He tweeted about the flm’s box office collection on Saturday and stated that the film has overtaken Hindi versions of ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ and ‘Baahubali 2’.

With its incredible advance bookings, the movie broke records even before it was released. According to reports, theatre owners in various areas of India have chosen to screen the movie early in the morning due to rising demand.

The movie, which was directed by Siddharth Anand, was released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on Wednesday, the day before Republic Day 2023. ‘Pathaan’ also stars Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Ashutosh Rana, and Dimple Kapadia along with Shah Rukh. Salman Khan also makes a cameo appearance in the action movie produced by Yash Raj Films.
