New Delhi: A day after her daughter Parineeti Chopra got engaged to Raghav Chadha, the actor’s mother, Reena Chopra, shared a heartwarming message. For a long time, there were rumours that Parineeti was dating politician Raghav Chadha, who is a leader of the Aam Aadmi Party.
Taking to her Instagram, the joyous mother Reena shared a picture of Parineeti and Raghav from their engagement ceremony with a touching caption. She wrote, “There are reasons in your life that make you believe all over again and all the time that there is a God up there

Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha got engaged in a lavish ceremony at Kapurthala House, Connaught Place, Delhi on Saturday. The ceremony was a private affair with close friends and family in attendance. Some political guests from Raghav Chadha’s side and celebrities from the entertainment industry also joined the celebration. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, his Punjab counterpart, Bhagwant Mann, designer Manish Malhotra, Karan Johar, and Sania Mirza were all seen at the grand engagement.
While Parineeti was dressed in a Manish Malhotra ensemble, Raghav had chosen a minimalist achkan designed by fashion designer Pawan Sachdeva. Their engagement theme was pastel-coloured and both Raghav and Parineeti had worn outfits that complimented their theme.
The couple shared the news of their engagement via identical posts on social media.
